We bring our truck to your event with handcrafted Hawaiian-style shave ice — soft and snow-like (never crunchy), real fruit, and house-made syrups. From backyard birthdays to school carnivals and corporate parties, we've served Houston-area events since 2011.
What we cater
🎂 Birthday Parties
Kids' birthdays, milestone parties, gender reveals. The truck is the centerpiece, kids line up, every cup is made to order. We serve about 60 cups per hour.
💒 Weddings
A late-afternoon or evening shave ice station works as either a dessert alternative or a refreshment between the ceremony and the reception. Couples often add boba and condensed milk upgrades for adults.
🏫 School Fundraisers
Your school or PTA earns 30% of every cup sold (35% when sales top $1,000), paid within 7 days. No upfront cost, no weekday minimum. Learn more →

Summer team gatherings, holiday parties, customer appreciation days. Planning something big? We invoice on terms and can do branded cups for a small upcharge.

Trip fees are free inside the Loop, $45 to Beltway 8, and $125 outside Beltway 8. Anywhere further is a custom quote.
How pricing works
Truck catering starts at $500 (corporate events from $750); larger events are priced by guest count and hours. Toppings (boba, fresh fruit, mochi) and add-ons run a flat $60 per package. Natural fruit upgrades (strawberry, mango, watermelon) are $30 each. Fill out the quote form and we'll send back exact numbers within 24 hours.
